How do we determine the cost of your monthly package?

The prices listed are estimates. Your package will be tailor-made to your needs.

A full and comprehensive evaluation of your bookkeeping requirements is performed. We will analyze the processes that are currently in place and determine what the monthly/quarterly/yearly workload is. We will then produce a written report which will give you the detailed breakdown of the cost by function as well as make recommendations to streamline current procedures. There is a $99 charge for the evaluation, but should you decide to retain our services, this fee will be credited on your first invoice from Frontenac Accounting Services. Should you decide to go with someone else, you will have a complete understanding of what will be required from that bookkeeper and you will be in a better position to make sure that they will meet all of your needs.
